業務内容
Responsible for:
Monitoring and maintaining HVAC, utility, and mechanical equipment during shifts to ensure there are no deviations.
Monitoring labs, rooms, stability chambers, and cooling chambers to ensure temperature and relative humidity remain within the required parameters.
Following up on and completing scheduled performance verifications and preventive maintenance activities on time and without deviation.
Timely completion of activities related to the specific area of work.
Coordinating with facility projects for any HVAC or mechanical system requirements.
Adhering to safety rules and regulations within the premises.
Performing preventive and breakdown maintenance of process HVAC, mechanical, utility, and process equipment.
Preparing monthly schedules for preventive maintenance (PM) and performance verification (PV) activities.
Handling of pharmaceutical equipment, including R&D systems, AHU, BMS, ETP, RO systems, and utility equipment.
Ensuring proper upkeep of facilities.
Working in compliance with safety procedures and handling safety work permits for the respective workplaces.
Collaborating with the electrical team for maintenance and contributing to utility cost reduction, including water and electrical savings.
Applying knowledge of refrigeration systems and troubleshooting of split, cassette, and VRV units.
Focusing on power-saving initiatives by stopping unnecessary usage of HVAC and mechanical equipment after office hours with user approval.
Ensuring timely completion of training sessions through the PLA system.
Maintaining basic computer knowledge and understanding site-specific procedures.
Collaborating closely with building management for planned or unplanned shutdown activities.
