The Sales Force Effectiveness Group Manager is responsible for defining, executing, and optimizing the overall sales force strategy to maximize business performance and commercial impact across the organization.
This role combines strategic planning, operational excellence, analytical insight, and team leadership to ensure that sales teams are structured, targeted, and incentivized effectively.
Acting as a strategic partner to multiple therapeutic areas, the manager will foster a data-driven culture, improve sales efficiency, and develop future talent within the Sales Force Effectiveness function.
