<Role Overview>
・ As a Strategy Lead, you will play a critical role in developing data-driven, integrated communication strategies that address client challenges and deliver measurable results. This position requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing solutions.
<Key Responsibilities>
・Develop strategic plans using tools and data, aligned with campaign objectives and the competitive landscape.
・Translate business information into clear communication challenges.
・ Define audience and targeting strategies aligned with communication objectives.
・Establish KPIs and Measurement Plans to evaluate campaign performance.
・ Design advertising effectiveness measurement frameworks to ensure accountability.
・Analyze consumer behavior across channels and technologies to build comprehensive, integrated communication strategies.
・ Create customized marketing programs and strategies through customer journey mapping and ecosystem design.
・Assess client business and competitive environment, summarize core challenges, and craft connection statements that link consumer insights to solutions.
・Organize and interpret the media landscape, including Japan’s unique media environment.
