- Lithium-ion battery package design and development experience

- Electrical enclosure design experience

- CAE simulation experience

- Heat, fluid flow and CFD techniques

- Familiarity with outdoor electrical installation packaging standards

- Outdoor electrical installation Understanding the IP protection level to be installed

- 7+ years experience with mechanical packaging/CAD tools "CATIA, Solidworks or NX"

- 2+ years experience using electrical CAD tools Examples of tools: Autocad Electrical, Solidwork Electrica

- Business level communication skills in Japanese and English
