仕事内容

You will be responsible for the following tasks, focusing on production management for factories in Tokushima or Okayama, and production plan formulation in collaboration with partner factories.
- Planning and execution of production plans, optimization of production capacity
- Formulation and promotion of improvement plans for production lines
- General production management operations such as quality control, shipping control, cost control, etc.
- Coordination and negotiation with internal and external parties regarding production management

- Knowledge and experience in production management (3 years or more)

- Experience using production management tools

- Knowledge and understanding of production processes

- Battery industry experience

- Knowledge of production equipment

給与情報

4.500〜6.500万円（スキル・経験に応じて相談）、リモートワーク手当あり

労働時間

・1カ月間　所定労働時間：8時間×営業日数
・フレックスタイム制（コアタイム 11:00 ～ 15:00、休憩60分）
・会社判断に基づき出社、またはリモートワーク勤務
・出張あり

休暇休日

・休日：土日祝日、年末年始、その他会社が指定する日
・休暇：有給休暇初年度12日(入社時5日付与、６か月経過後残7日付与 )
・慶弔休暇等
