Job Description Summary
このポジションでは、プロジェクト資材が予算内で輸入通関、国内輸送され、正確な場所へ完璧な状態で配送されるように手配、
管理します。又、国内輸送、資材引渡しにおいては、取引先と現地の慣習に重点を置き調整します。
This position will ensure that project materials are imported, cleared, domestically transported within
budget, and delivered to the correct location in perfect condition. Additionally, when it comes to
domestic transportation and material delivery, we focus on coordinating with our business partners and
local customs.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
プロジェクトチームから製品輸送のデータ収集、分析、輸送会社へ見積依頼。
Collect and analyze product transportation data from the project team, and request quotations from
transportation companies.
輸入貨物の通関、国内輸送に関する輸送会社とのコミュニケーション
Communication with transportation companies regarding customs clearance of imported cargo and
domestic transportation.
プロジェクト・調達・ロジスティクス・マネージャーと輸送ストラテジー、計画、納期遵守、輸入通関用書類などの調整。現場と現地
輸送会社の配送スケジュール調整
Coordination of project, procurement and logistics managers with transportation strategies, planning,
on-time delivery and import customs documentation. Coordination of delivery schedules between the
site and local transportation company
プロジェクト内でのロジスティクス・リスク、機会などをモニターし、配送経過報告、コスト追跡などプロジェクト・調達・ロジスティク
ス・マネージャーへ報告。
Monitor logistics risks and opportunities within the project, report on delivery progress, cost tracking,
and other relevant information to the Project Procurement and Logistics Manager
ダメージ貨物確認、船会社へのクレーム、保険会社へのドキュメント提出
Confirm damaged cargo, file a claim with the shipping company, and submit documents to the
insurance company.
現地輸送会社の請求書の管理、承認。
Manage and approve invoices from local transportation companies
プロジェクト物流関連の社内連絡窓口/顧客対応窓口
Internal point of contact/customer contact for project logistics
エンジニア、調達など関連部門との連携
Collaboration with related departments such as engineers and procurement
海外拠点とのコミュニケーション(メール、オンライン会議)
Communication with overseas bases (email, online meetings)
プロジェクト・調達・ロジスティクス・マネージャーの業務サポート
Operational support for Project, Procurement and Logistics Managers
プロジェクト・調達・ロジスティクス・マネージャーからの指示と予算の制約に従い最適な輸送方法を選定
Select the most suitable way of transport as per instructions received from the PPM/PPLM and budget
constraints
予算超過を引き起こすような行動や判断をする前に、プロジェクト・調達・ロジスティクス・マネージャーへ報告
Report to the Project Logistics Manager before taking any action or making any decision leading to
budget deviation
品質管理
品質管理手順、作業手順、プロセスに従う。
Follows quality control procedures, work procedures, and processes.
不適合貨物は迅速に報告し、処理すること。
Promptly report and handle non-compliant cargo
健康及び、安全性
安全に働くための手順が遵守されているかの確認
Ensuring that safe working procedures are followed.
安全性の問題があった場合は解決に励む
Exert extra care to handle any safety matters that may emerge

応募資格

Required Qualifications

4年制大学での学士号/5年以上の関連のある職務経験

Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university/5+ years of relevant work experience.

日本語:ネイティブレベル / 英語:ビジネスレベル

Fluent in Japanese and Business level in English

ターンキープロジェクト・ロジスティクスの知識

Knowledge of turnkey project logistics.

特別輸送(out of gauge/ or heavy)に関する知識

Knowledge of special transport (out of gauge/ or heavy)

品質に関する知識

Quality knowledge

国際貿易に関する知識(インコターム、輸入通関)

Knowledge of international trade (incoterms, import customs clearance)

国際貿易に関する国内でのルールや規制、通関、輸入方法などの知識

Knowledge of domestic rules and regulations regarding international trade, customs clearance, import

methods, etc.

Desired Characteristics

社内外の関係各所との良好な信頼関係を築くための適切なコミュニケーション能力

Appropriate communication skills to build good relationships of trust with related parties both inside

and outside the company.
