Essential Functions & Accountabilities: · As a Sales Manager – East Japan, He/she is responsible for annual operation plan in the assigned regions. Key metrics include revenue growth, profit margin improvement, and progress in KOL/Society management. · Manage business contracts and prices for distributors / sub-dealers/ hospitals / clinics within the regions. · Work with Professional Education team on assigned customer programs. · Educate Cooper products to doctors / nurses / medical technicians as requested. · Attend internal sales meetings, company meetings, and workshops as appropriate. · Perform additional duties and special assignments as directed by management.
Travel: Expected to travel 25% of the time on average.
Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: · 10 years healthcare experience to include prior experience as a territory/account manager. Ability to work well with both internal departments and external customers. Medical Device Distributor/Sub-dealer management experience is a must. · Excellent communication ability in Japanese and interpersonal skills: English ability is a plus. · Experience in Operation Theater environment is ideal. |
