Responsibilities
• Defining and documenting the overall solution architecture
• Working together with stakeholders to comprehend their needs and requirements
• Evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies and platforms for the solution
• Developing and maintaining architectural standards and best practices
• Ensuring that the solution meets performance, scalability, and security requirements
• Providing technical guidance and support to development teams
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues related to the solution
• Participating in the continuous improvement of the solution and its components
Qualifications (Mandatory)
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering
• 5+ years of experience in working with IoT Connectivity Protocols like
HTTPS/MQTT/AMQP/ZIGBEE/LORAWAN
• 3+ years of work experience in working with IoT Platforms like Azure IoT Hub, AWS IoT Core, IoT
Suite, Azure Edge / AWS Edge components.
• Deep knowledge of Industry 4.0 in the manufacturing space
• Strong analytical qualities to break down the full picture into smaller parts.
• Proficiency in technical drawing and the ability to interpret a cloud based architecture.
• Experience in one or more specific IoT / embedded / M2M industry (i.e. Smart Manufacturing,
Energy Management, health, etc.)
• Strong knowledge on best practices for API/Microservice Development, design patterns, UX and
containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end Continuous Delivery pipelines.
• Experience in any IoT platforms for Edge computing (i.e. AWS Greengrass)
• Experience in programming applications backed by cloud services.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills and in-depth knowledge of
project planning and delivery methodologies
• Should be able to support Solutioning activities

Qualifications (Preferred)
• A technical background in Operations Technology (OT)
• Familiarity with AI / ML, advanced process control, additive manufacturing, smart tools, and
cyber
• Knowledge on emerging IoT and Mobile Technologies and Communication Protocols
• Ability to build and advise clients on Industry 4.0 strategy and tactics.
• Ability to identify Industry 4.0 use cases and calculate impact on the P&L
• Proven experience delivering multiple projects including connecting manufacturing equipment,
measuring OEE, building digital twins, and installing predictive maintenance
