Manage account media business in terms of client guidance, audience planning, and overseeing the implementation of media campaigns.
・ Build the strategy/media planning to drive client business based on the digital media knowledge
・ Lead the execution of the built plan for best media performance in digital
・ Give the direction to digital operation team to achieve KPI
・ Serves the advanced digital media solution/technology that would be relevant to the assigned brand/category
・ Oversee the consistent reporting of competitive market/media information especially in digital
・ Management of key data and tech partnerships
・ Collaboration with clients’ performance and precision marketing team members
・ Establishes and maintains communications process with clients, and internal teams
・ Regular check-ins to react to the delivery of media performance and business goals
・ Ongoing communication with the client to ensure that expectations are met
・ Continuously builds the reputation of our company
・ Minimum of 5 years of Digital Media/Paid Media advertising experience, agency or in-house
・ Good communication skills with clients and staff
・ Marketing Tech proficiency (Specific to nominated client needs – e.g. Adobe Suite, GMP)
・ Digital media experience, especially in back end operations, such as tagging, ad setting, and ad trafficking
(Campaign Manager specific a plus).
・ Deep knowledge of the digital media planning landscape (social, video, programmatic, display, etc.)
・ Strong quantitative skills, including basic analytic skills
・ Hands-on experience building, launching, and reporting on digital campaigns
・ Japanese language skills: Business level or above
・ English language skills: Business level or above
・University degree or higher (Bachelor's degree or higher)
