You will be tasked with developing and implementing comprehensive brand/clinical campaigns on a global scale. We welcome applications from highly skilled and strategic candidates with extensive experience in communication (information dissemination/transmission) strategies, brand management, and clinical content development in the medical/healthcare industry.

Specifically, you will be tasked with the following:
・Planning and executing brand/clinical campaigns
・Planning and managing activities/events that contribute to the above campaigns
・Communicating and collaborating with overseas local subsidiaries/agency, etc. You

will not only be looking for marketing that meets business needs, but also appropriate marketing for the medical field where our products (medical devices) are actually used. In addition, you will be directly reporting to the manager in charge of brand and communication within the Clinical Solutions & Brand Group.

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Global Communication Specialist who will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand and clinical campaigns on a global scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication strategy, brand management, and clinical content development within the medical or healthcare industry.

・Communicating and collaborating with subsidiaries across regions

This role will see a candidate seek out innovations that are consistent with the needs of the business and appropriate to the healthcare field. Also, a candidate will report to Marketing Manager of Brand and Marketing Communication.

<Required qualifications>

・Business level English proficiency

(listening, reading, speaking, writing)

・Experience in implementing external campaigns

・Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit


・High EQ (emotional intelligence), sharp business acumen, analytical ability

・Proven track record of developing and implementing brand and advertising campaigns (experience of increasing the organization's brand awareness, preference and value, ultimately leading to improved business performance)

・Knowledge of earned media, owned media and paid media


・Proven track record of developing brand initiatives and communications

・Ability to carefully identify market needs in a cross-cultural context and drive positive change

・Experience/understanding of working in the healthcare industryWe


are seeking a candidate with a high degree of emotional intelligence, sharp business instincts and analytical skills. This individual should have a proven track record of success developing and introducing cohesive brand & advertising programs that have increased the organization's brand awareness, preference and value and enhance bottom line performance. Working knowledge of earned, owned and paid media and mediums is critical.


The successful candidate will be a dynamic and innovative marketing executive with a demonstrated track record of success in developing brand initiatives and communications. He/she will be capable of working sensitively across different cultures to assess market needs, at the same time drive required change with a positive approach.


・Business level English capability in listening, reading, speaking and writing.

・Experience in conducting external facing campaigns

・Good communication skills and teamwork spirit


Working experience/understanding is also preferred.

給与情報
Salary increase once a year (January) Bonus twice a year (June and December)

Standard working hours: 7 hours 30 minutes/day (flextime available)
