業務内容

The Logistics Promotion Department has two groups, Logistics Planning and Overseas Supply Chain, and we are looking for someone to be in charge of Logistics Planning.

The expected tasks are as follows.

1. Domestic transportation (including installation) of our medical equipment such as CT and MRI, overseas import and export, service parts supply, parts import and export, and construction of general in-house logistics processes.

→ We aim to maintain and promote short LT, low cost, and high-quality logistics through data analysis, etc.

　Example: We will introduce AGVs (automated guided vehicle) to transport parts within the factory to address labor shortages.

　

2. Cost management and optimization through regular estimates of logistics costs.

→ We will reduce transportation costs by using sea freight, which is generally cheaper than air freight.

3. Planning, promotion, and management of improvements to environmentally friendly product logistics

→ We will improve fuel efficiency during transportation (reducing transportation costs) by using lighter and more durable packaging materials, and reduce environmental impact by reducing waste materials.

* The overseas supply chain manager will prepare and arrange for products to be shipped overseas. Specifically, this will include selecting sea freight/air freight, preparing documents to be submitted for customs, and trade practices.

応募資格

・Experience in logistics operations (3 years or more)

・Experience in involving relevant parties in promoting operations (manufacturing site, domestic/overseas sales department, etc.)

・Experience in mentoring young employees/juniors

・Experience in the logistics department of a manufacturer

・Experience in the mechatronics industry, such as home appliances and industrial equipment

・Experience in leading a team/group
