■業務内容
- 定置用蓄電池のマーケット調査・分析と新規事業の企画・開発
- 蓄電池販売事業の商品・サービス企画及び収益管理
- 蓄電池販売事業のビジネススキーム及びバリューチェーン構築 （協業/事業提携、顧客、自治体、社内等）
- 蓄電池販売事業の事業企画、事業戦略、海外事業展開計画の立案と推進
Job Responsibilities
Conduct market research and analysis for stationary storage batteries and plan and develop new business opportunities.
Plan and manage products and services as well as profitability in the storage battery sales business.
Develop business schemes and value chains for the storage battery sales business (collaborations/business partnerships, customers, municipalities, internal departments, etc.).
Plan and promote business planning, business strategy, and overseas business expansion for the storage battery sales business.
必須スキル- 下記の何れかの企業における事業企画の業務経験及びビジネススキーム構築に関する業務経験
対象企業：蓄電池製品製造販売会社、商社(蓄電池製品、電力関連大型電機製品、電力事業関係)、製造業もしくは重工業(蓄電池製品、電力関連大型電機製品)及び電力会社、中央官庁 等
歓迎スキル- 製造業における技術的な知見もしくは電気、工学、物理、機械などの領域での学士号または修士号
- 社内の複数部署を跨いだプロジェクト、もしくは社外とのプロジェクトを責任者もしくは実務のリーダーとしてマネージメント/リーディングした経験
- 役員や上級管理職へのプレゼンテーション実施とリレーション構築の経験
- 海外の部署もしくは海外事業会社との業務をリーディングした経験
- 中期的な顧客リレーションの深化へ関わった経験
-財務（財務諸表の理解）や会計に関する基本的な知識
- 電力業界や蓄電池に関する知識・経験
- 英語（ビジネスレベル）
Required Skills
・Experience in business planning and business scheme development at one of the following types of companies:
・Target companies: Storage battery product manufacturing and sales companies, trading companies (storage battery products, large electrical products related to power, power business), manufacturing or heavy industry (storage battery products, large electrical products related to power), power companies, central government agencies, etc.
Preferred Skills
・Technical knowledge in manufacturing or a bachelor’s or master’s degree in fields such as electrical engineering, engineering, physics, or mechanics.
・Experience managing or leading projects across multiple departments within the company or with external partners, as a project manager or practical leader.
・Experience in presenting to and building relationships with executives or senior management.
・Experience leading projects with overseas departments or international subsidiaries.
・Experience contributing to the deepening of mid-term customer relationships.
・Basic knowledge of finance (understanding financial statements) or accounting.
・Knowledge or experience in the power industry or storage batteries.
・English language skills (business level).
