Job Overview
You will join the Business Planning and Promotion Department of the BESS (Battery Energy Storage
System) business and be responsible for the following tasks:
■ Job Responsibilities
● Sales and business development for battery energy storage systems targeting the domestic and
international power industries
(including new business acquisition, contract negotiation, contract drafting, billing, etc.)
● Leading relationship building, business discussions, and contract negotiations with major power
companies
● Developing new markets and proposing new products, as well as providing products and services
tailored to local needs
● Coordination with overseas offices and collaboration with product development departments and
manufacturing sites
● Formulating business strategies, budget plans, setting sales goals, and achieving targets
● Promoting overseas sales activities

応募資格

Required Skills

● B2B direct sales experience (minimum 5 years)

● Experience in international sales (minimum 3 years)

● Knowledge of large electrical products or electrical engineering

● Experience handling products with a value exceeding 100 million yen

Preferred Skills

● Understanding of electrical schematics, such as single-line diagrams and wiring diagrams

● Proven track record of end-to-end sales, from client needs assessment to solution proposal and

closing deals

● Proactive knowledge and experience in sales activities

● Experience presenting to executives or senior management and building relationships

● Involvement in strengthening medium-term client relationships

● Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with other teams and members

● Experience in the electrical or electronic components industry

● Knowledge or experience in the power industry

● Sales experience in software or IT services

● Technical knowledge related to battery energy storage systems

給与情報
800万円〜1,500万円 (経験、スキルに基づき個別判断)、リモートワーク手当あり
労働時間
・1カ月間 所定労働時間:160時間
・フレックスタイム制(コアタイム 11:00 ~ 15:00、休憩60分)
・会社判断に基づき出社、またはリモートワーク勤務
・出張あり

・休日:土日祝日、年末年始、その他会社が指定する日
・休暇:有給休暇 初年度12日(入社時5日付与、6か月経過後残7日付与 )
