Key Responsibilities:
● Comprehensive fundraising activities from domestic and international investors
● Preparing presentation materials for investors
● Handling M&A and company establishment tasks
● Developing and executing roadmaps for business strategies (including business partnerships and
support for launching new businesses)
Required Skills:
● Hands-on experience as an FAS professional at a consulting firm
● Business-level English proficiency
Preferred Skills:
● Presentation material preparation skills in both Japanese and English (including structured
storytelling with consulting expertise)
● Experience in creating business models
● Experience in financial or accounting consulting
Desired Traits:
● Someone who takes proactive and positive actions toward new challenges and difficult tasks
● A person who takes full responsibility and sees tasks through to completion without shifting blame
● Enjoys and adapts flexibly to ever-changing situations
● Able to identify issues independently and take initiative
● High-level communication skills (both written and verbal)
