■Job Description- Electrical design, preparation of technical documents and management of the optimal onboard energy storage system (storage batteries, PCS, substation equipment, etc.) for the electric carriers that our company is developing
- Coordination of technical specifications with the shipyard, including the propulsion system, and project promotion for the onboard energy storage system
- Technical support for sales promotion of marine storage batteries that our company is developing (customer technical consultations, system design around storage batteries, etc.)
Required Skills
- Experience in electrical design for large-scale plants at an EPC company or in electrical design for large
-scale lithium-ion battery systems (e.g., 10MWh or more)
- Knowledge of electrical regulations for each ship classification and experience in the construction of ships or offshore plants
- Business-level English skills to negotiate technical matters with foreign engineers
Welcome Skills
- Experience in designing electric propulsion ships (hybrid propulsion ships, fully electric propulsion, fuel cell propulsion, etc.)
- More than 5 years of practical experience related to the electricity business (power generation, transmission and distribution, or retail)
- Skills in operating CAD tools such as AutoCAD
- Knowledge and practical experience of battery
-related regulations of classification societies such as DNV
- Experience in technical negotiations such as connection considerations with power companies and construction plans with the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry
- Chief Electrical Engineer (Class 3 or higher)
