Provide financial support for the business division in charge, and cooperate with the management of the division to understand the financial situation of the division, improve planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, and support high-quality business decisions.
[Specific Job Description]
・Based on the business strategy and business plan of the field support division, provide financial services that contribute to management decisions and smooth business execution as a performance management officer.
・As a bridge between the Finance department and the division in charge, align the division's goals and strategies with global initiatives.
・Perform timely financial analysis to accurately evaluate business results in line with strategic goals, and propose improvements to improve financial performance.
・Provide financial analysis reports for mid- to long-term budget formulation and decision-making in line with the strategic goals of the business.
・Establish governance of budget management, including cost allocation by business division and region.
・Provide and recommend financial information necessary for decision-making by the management of the division. etc.
応募資格
[Required] ・Experience in financial planning & analysis related to the service business of a global company or a foreign-affiliated company ・More than 5 years of experience in management accounting work, including mid-term budget preparation ・Experience in team management at a business company ・Business conversation skills at a level that allows you to converse and coordinate in meetings with local members overseas (TOEIC 730 points or higher) ・Presentation skills that not only show the results of data analysis but also explain how management and business development should be carried out from there, and communication skills to understand and motivate people, as discussions with management and related departments are essential
[Preferred] ・Experience in financial planning and management accounting at a listed company ・Accounting knowledge at the level of Level 2 bookkeeping
