■Mission of assigned organization The mission
is to procure mechanical parts for endoscope-related products and to supply them to production plants.
(Immediately after hiring)
■Specific duties
You will be responsible for procuring mechanical parts for endoscope-related products. ・Procurement of
metal parts (cutting, sheet metal, pressed parts, etc.), plastic parts (molding, cutting, etc.), rubber parts, tubes, etc.
・Activities to improve QCD with existing suppliers, strengthening relationships
・Supplier consolidation and parts launch in line with procurement measures
※Each person will be in charge of about 10 to 20 business partners.
■How to proceed (example)
①Delivery date management for parts arrangement
②Communication with suppliers regarding quality defects
③Correction of delivery delays
④Management and consideration of price revision requests
⑤Activities for launching and discarding molds
Required qualifications]
■Education: No requirements
■Required experience (either ① or ② below is required)
①Experience as a parts procurement buyer in the manufacturing industry (experience with mechanical parts)
②Sales experience
*Those with more than 1 year of experience are welcome
*Those with initiative and high communication skills are welcome
[Preferred qualifications]
■Preferred experience:
・Experience as a buyer in the medical equipment manufacturing industry
・Work experience using English
・Experience in the manufacturing industry
■Preferred skills:
・Business analysis, knowledge of materials, knowledge of related laws and regulations
・PC skills (Word, Excel)
・Language: TOEIC_600 points or higher
