求める経験・スキル 🔥 Social Media Strategy Wizardry ・5+ years of experience crafting and executing winning social strategies for top-tier brands. ・Proven ability to blend business goals, social insights, data analytics and platform specific culture into a compelling social media strategy. 📊 Data-Driven Decision Maker ・Strong analytical skills to measure, refine, and optimize social content and campaigns. ・Hands-on experience with social listening, analytics, and publishing tools (Pulsar, Hashpicks, Quidmonitor, Dash Social, Sprinklr, TweetDeck, etc.). ✍️ Master Storyteller & Presenter ・A natural at translating data into compelling narratives that resonate. ・Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills—because social isn’t just about what you say, but how you say it. 🚀 Trend-Obsessed & Innovation-Driven ・Deep understanding of emerging memes and trends, engagement tactics, and algorithms for each platform. ・Always ahead of the curve with fresh ideas to elevate brand presence. 🤝 Collaboration Pro with a Leadership Edge ・Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior strategists and cross-functional teams. ・Able to manage multiple projects across markets while keeping quality high and chaos low.
