Key Responsibilities 🔹 Lead the Charge in Social Strategy ・Develop and implement best-in-class social media strategies that align with business goals and brand identity, driven by deep social insights, data, and platform culture. ・Craft integrated social strategies that map audience journeys, define content pillars, establish success metrics, and set KPIs for engagement and growth. 🔹 Trendspotting & Innovation ・Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging trends, and algorithm shifts—because we know social media changes faster than a viral meme. ・Identify real-time opportunities for brands to engage, experiment, and innovate on social. 🔹 Community & Engagement Excellence ・Design engagement strategies that foster brand loyalty, drive conversations, and build thriving online communities. ・Ensure every post, comment, and interaction strengthens brand relationships. 🔹 Performance & Analytics Mastermind ・Establish and track KPIs, leveraging insights to refine strategy and maximize impact. ・Analyze performance data to optimize content and audience targeting. ・Provide data driven analysis and create periodic performance reports. 🔹 Creative & Content Collaboration ・Partner with designers, social copywriters, and video teams to develop visually compelling, shareable content. ・Oversee the creation of social playbooks, ensuring content is tailored for platform-specific success. 🔹 Brand Steward & Crisis Consultant ・Guide brand messaging, reputation management, and crisis response strategies on social. ・Provide strategic counsel on brand positioning in culturally relevant moments. 🔹 Cross-Team & Client Collaboration ・Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align social strategies with broader marketing initiatives.

応募資格

求める経験・スキル 🔥 Social Media Strategy Wizardry ・5+ years of experience crafting and executing winning social strategies for top-tier brands. ・Proven ability to blend business goals, social insights, data analytics and platform specific culture into a compelling social media strategy. 📊 Data-Driven Decision Maker ・Strong analytical skills to measure, refine, and optimize social content and campaigns. ・Hands-on experience with social listening, analytics, and publishing tools (Pulsar, Hashpicks, Quidmonitor, Dash Social, Sprinklr, TweetDeck, etc.). ✍️ Master Storyteller & Presenter ・A natural at translating data into compelling narratives that resonate. ・Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills—because social isn’t just about what you say, but how you say it. 🚀 Trend-Obsessed & Innovation-Driven ・Deep understanding of emerging memes and trends, engagement tactics, and algorithms for each platform. ・Always ahead of the curve with fresh ideas to elevate brand presence. 🤝 Collaboration Pro with a Leadership Edge ・Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior strategists and cross-functional teams. ・Able to manage multiple projects across markets while keeping quality high and chaos low.
