業務内容
The Sourcing Specialist / Staff will be responsible for managing sourcing activities within Direct Spend categories—mainly CapEx, API/raw materials, and CMOs—in alignment with global category strategies.
This position plays a critical role in driving strategic procurement initiatives by collaborating closely with internal stakeholders (particularly at the Yamagata manufacturing site) and global sourcing teams.

Analytical & Logical Thinking - Strong ability to collect and interpret data, identify key insights, and propose data-driven solutions.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables and data summaries; macro-level expertise not required).
Communication & Facilitation - Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Capable of leading cross-functional discussions and driving alignment.
Language Proficiency - Japanese: Native-level fluency (must communicate with stakeholders independently).
- English: Business-level proficiency (able to lead discussions with global colleagues).
