【組織について】
オリンパスのIT部門は、グローバルな医療機器企業をテクノロジーで支える専門組織であり、500人以上のプロフェッショナルが世界5地域で活躍しています。
本社機能としては、事業戦略からセキュリティ領域まで6つのファンクションに分かれ、それぞれがITを活用してオリンパスの事業をサポートしています。
2019年からは、「真のグローバル・メディカル・テクノロジーカンパニー（メドテックカンパニー）」への飛躍を目指す変革プラン「Transform Olympus」を掲げており、日本発でグローバルに活動することが強く求められています。
【業務内容】
所属チーム
Strategy & Transformation（戦略・トランスフォーメーション）
本チームは、グローバルIT戦略の策定および推進を担う中核組織です。
・ITプロジェクトポートフォリオの最適化および全体管理
・グローバルIT組織における目標設定、KPI設計、パフォーマンスモニタリングの統括
・予算およびコスト管理
・人員計画（ワークフォースプランニング）
・戦略的ベンダーマネジメント
・グローバルでのチェンジマネジメントおよびコミュニケーションの推進
今後は、デジタル領域におけるガバナンス強化および堅牢なコンプライアンス体制の構築を通じて、グローバル規模での事業成長を支援していきます。
担当職種の内容
（雇入れ直後）
グローバルIT本部の一員として、ビジネス目標と整合したIT戦略の策定および継続的な見直しにおいて中核的な役割を担っていただきます。
また、本ポジションの主な役割として、グローバルIT組織におけるパフォーマンスマネジメントのフレームワークおよびプロセスの構築・運用を担います。年次目標設定や定期レビューなどのグローバルITの目標設定プロセスをリードし、ITリーダーシップチームおよび経営層に対して、IT組織のパフォーマンス向上に資するインサイトや分析を提供します。
さらに、パフォーマンスマネジメントのガバナンス導入、定期的なモニタリングおよびレポーティングを推進し、ITおよびビジネスの効率向上に向けた分析および提案も行います。加えて、戦略および会社方針に沿って、フレームワーク、プロセス、レポートの継続的な進化を図ります。
具体的には下記です。
・ITパフォーマンスマネジメント
ITリーダーシップチームおよび各機能・地域のITステークホルダーと連携し、包括的なパフォーマンスマネジメントフレームワークの構築および運用を行う
ITのバリュープロポジションを整理し、KPIおよび指標を設計し、ステークホルダーとの整合を図る
パフォーマンスのモニタリング、分析、改善施策の推進、および自動化ツールの導入をリードする
ITガバナンスにおける定例会議の準備および運営
・IT戦略およびトランスフォーメーション
CIOオフィスおよびITリーダーシップチームと連携し、グローバルIT戦略およびロードマップの策定に参画する
グローバルIT組織におけるトランスフォーメーションプロジェクトのスコープ設計および調整を行う
社内外ステークホルダーと連携し、変革機会を特定し、IT戦略およびIT目標・パフォーマンスに反映する

【Role Overview】
（Immediately after hiring）
As a member of the Global IT Headquarters, you will continuously play a key role in the formulation and revision of IT strategies to align with business objectives.
Furthermore, as a focus in the role, you will be responsible for building and operating performance management frameworks and processes for the global IT organization. You will drive the Global IT goal setting process, such as annual goal setting and regular reviews. You will provide IT leadership teams and business executives with valuable insights and analyses to enhance the performance of the IT organization. You will also drive the implementation of performance management governance, regular monitoring, and reporting, while conduct analyses and make proposals to improve IT and business efficiency. Additionally, you will continuously evolve frameworks, processes, and reports in alignment with strategies and company policies.
【Key Responsibilities】
・ IT Performance Management
Build and operate comprehensive performance management framework in collaboration with stakeholders from IT leadership team and IT functional/regional stakeholders.
Align IT value propositions, design KPIs and KPI metrics and coordinate with stakeholders
Drive performance monitoring, analysis, improvement initiatives, and the implementation of automation tools
Prepare and run regular meetings within IT governance
・ IT Strategy & Transformation
Collaborate in formulating global IT strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with the CIO office and IT leadership teams
Shape and coordinate the scope of transformation projects for the global IT organization
Identify transformation opportunities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and reflect them in IT strategies and IT goals/performance.
